First of all, great that you have been using our app so far and of course, we would love to hear what is the one thing we really should add, change, or improve in order for you to stay. So, don't be shy and share your thoughts with us. Thanks to you we can deliver an even better product or service.


This said, here is how you can have your account deleted: 

Log in to the app, tap on the Profile screen (human outline) > tap Settings > tap Account > tap on Close Your Account > tap on Close Account to confirm.

If you have a Demo account, it will be closed and confirmation will be sent via email.

If you have a Live account before you request an account closure make sure you do not have any open trades and remaining balance. If you do, you will receive an email with the information on how you should proceed. Once there are no open trades and funds in the account, we will close it for you and send an email with confirmation.

If you are unable to log in to the app, please send us an email from the email address you used to register in the app, specifying your username and requesting to close your Live Stryk account.
